Creating the Steps to Wellformedness


The first step to creating a wellformed outcome is to decide what it is that you want to do, achieve, or change in your life.

Begin the exercise by taking a piece of blank paper and write down the answers to this enquiry.

The first step is to determine where you are now.Merging Roads

  1. What is the situation that you find yourself in presently?
  2. Is it happening in all areas of life, or in a specific one?
  3. Are there other people involved whose needs have to be taken care of?
  4. What is it about you or the situation that makes you feel less able to change it for yourself?
  5. How do you see the present state as you think about it, here, now?
  6. How do you feel about the present situation as you consider it, here and now?
  7. Do the external sounds and voices have any impact as you think about that, here and now?
  8. What are you telling yourself about the present situation that is negative?
  9. Are you telling yourself anything about it that is positive?
